Registration for all the conference participants is necessary as follows:
Registration for Nominated Participants
Free registration for the conference is considered for up to three participants (Nominated Participants), for each fee-paying university member of ASAIHL. This option applies to those who are nominated by the Head of the Institution or the University. In the case of nominated participants more than three persons, they are considered as regular participants. The registration form has to be completed and submitted together as a group by the participants.

Please, email the completed form, and the proof of nomination from the respective organization/institution, to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will email a notification to you once your registration is accepted.
Note: If the Nominated Participants are going to submit the paper, please use the link in the "Registration for Author participants" for manuscript submission.
Registration for Regular Participants
Both domestic and international regular participants should pay the registration, based on the "registration fee" section.

Please, email the completed form to email@example.com. For international participants, the payment will be in cash at the reception desk at the conference. For domestic participants, the bank payment image should be sent via email, as well. We will email a notification to you once your registration is accepted.
Registration for Author Participants
The international participants who will present papers at this conference are exempted from paying the registration fee. The domestic participants who will present papers should pay the fee, based on the "conference fee" section. The authors other than the corresponding author, in the case of attending the conference, will be considered as a Regular Participant and should pay the registration fee. International author participants whose papers are accepted will receive an invitation letter for attending conference. All the authors of the manuscripts should read "Guide for Authors" section in order to write the manuscripts (abstract and full paper).

After the registration, an activation message will be sent to the author's email. Following the confirmation and activation of the account, the author can refer to the "Author's Login" section to sign in and send the paper via user's panel. The updates on the status of the paper as well as other important information will be sent to user's panel.
